Warwickshire’s most photographed landmark

A stone windmill on six arches, built in 1632 and standing alone on a hilltop — Chesterton Windmill is unlike any other mill in England, and the county’s favourite sunset pilgrimage.

There’s nothing to pay and little to do except walk up, take in the view and photograph it from every angle — which is exactly the appeal. Pair it with Burton Dassett for a golden‑hour double bill.
