A cluster of steep, sheep-cropped hilltops crowned by a medieval beacon tower. On a clear day you can pick out the Malverns, the Cotswold edge and — locals swear — the arch at Wembley.
It’s the closest big landscape to the lodge: sunrise coffee runs, kite-flying afternoons and sunset picnics all work. Pair it with Chesterton Windmill for a golden-hour photography double.
